I would like to bombard a semiconductor sample with a beam of electrons. The electron beam has specific energy and hits a particular location on the sample. The intention is to simulate the generated current in the semiconductor after the beam hits the sample.
(Physics: High energy electron beam enters the semiconductor and upon interaction with the atoms it creates electron hole pairs. This generated current can be measured. The technique is called electron beam induced current)
I couldn't find any useful tips on the forum and discussions.
Thank you for your suggestions.
