Inlet and Outlet In cfd simulation

Hi everybody
i want to know if there is a difference between this two case using comsol COMSOL simulation
1- Inlet : Laminar InFlow, Entrance pressure. Outlet: Laminar OutFlow, Flow rate .
2- Inlet : Laminar InFlow, Flow rate . Outlet: Laminar OutFlow, Exit Pressure.
