I have a problem about getting the data from comsol with matlab 4.0a

My program is to add a heat source (volume) in a tissue. The temperature of the tissue changes with the time. I can run the program properly by comsol with matlab. My problem is that I cannot get the data from the final solution.
I want to get out the data about the temperature at different time points, at the center of the tissue as an array.

Does anyone know how to do it?
