Setting up sequence study steps without using matlab

I have been trying to figure out how to set up my problem in sequence as expected.
I assume I use 2 Comsol Physics: A, B
Firstly,step1, at time t=0, I want to solve Physics A, get solution and store it
Next, step2, I want to get that solution from step1 for physics B.
Then, step3, at time t=0+delta(t), I want to use solution from step 2 for physics A again.
A-->B--A-->B-->A-->B-->....
This continues repeatedly.
I hope this question makes sense!
