Mesh error - Intersecting edge elements

Hi All,
I have imported a complex shape abd when I try to mesh it an error occurs as follow,
"Failed to generate mesh for face.
- Face: 3
Intersecting edge elements."
Both featuring and repair & virtual operations functions have been used but were not successful. Appreciate if anyone can point me to a right direction on how to resolve this issue. The model (only geometry) and design were attached .

hello
Right click on "Geometry 1" and choose:
Virtual operations --> ignore edges
Add all the unnecessary edges as shown in the attached picture
its not perfect yet but it clears the way forward :-)
