How to simulate a ST cut quartz in comsol?

Hello guys,

I am doing a simulation about surface acoustic wave sensor with ST cut quartz as substrate. I encountered a problem that if I simulate the ST cut of quartz in 3D, it's easy to realize by the rotated system but the mesh elements would be of huge amount which my computer cannot calculate. In 2D it would be easier to calculate but I have no idea how to simulate that ST cut. Anybody have any idea?
