A problem in simulating helium gas jet into ambient air

Hello, everyone.
I wanna to simulate that how the helium gas jet enters into the ambient air and after several weeks' learning of COMSOL 4.0a, I complete the model as shown in the attached figure.
Basically speaking, this model is coupled with 2 modules, transport of diluted species and single-phase flow--laminar flow. The bulk material is set to be air. These two modules have been coupled by setting the fluid velocity.
However, after calculation, I can get nothing but an error showing that 'can't get a solution' even though I have tried lots of times. I am not sure the boundary setting is right or not, therefore, I put it here and hope that anyone who knows how to solve this problem could help me.
