Could not add heat flux (boundaries not applicable)

Hello,

I am currently working on a model simulating the heating of an aluminum plate in air. I used "heat transfer in solids", but when I try to add the heat flux through the boundary between the plate and ambient air, COMSOL told me every boundary was "not applicable". Could someone kindly help me with this problem? Thank you so much!
