comsol v5 shows error

i am trying to simulate 3D-MOSFET in comsol v5 but always it shows an error like...........

" out of memory xmesh processing. error in multiphysics compilation."

what does this mean?? my system has 2GB RAM does it has any connection with the it?
please help as soon as possible

Yes, it definitely appears that you need more RAM. For hardware recommendations, see www.comsol.com/support/knowledgebase/866/ .
