ímport geometry problem

Hello
I tried to import my file catia v5r21 (type of file .CARProduct) but comsol it shows me the error message: impossible to obtain the license for file import for CATIA V5

someone can help me

Hi Salim,
It looks like your license does not include enough seats for the File Import for CATIA v5 product. Consider contacting your COMSOL rep to expand the license.
