I am working on MEMS based piezoelectric Energy Harvesting using cantilever structure.
The Finite Element software I am using is Comsol Multiphysics 4.4. I have been successful in finding out the output voltage generated by the piezoelectric device , But am facing difficulty to find out the power output in Comsol.
Can it be done only with the help of spice ? If not, then how?
I would be grateful if you could provide me with some solution or suggestions regarding this.
