Heat source as variable time derivative - comsol V5.0

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi there,
I am solving heat transfer in gas and as I don't have the conjugate heat module, I would like to include manually the term related to work done by fluid pressure, so it's Qp=dp/dt*beta*T. So, I defined a heat source and entered pd(p2,t)*T2*beta, since I do anxisymmetry.

The calculations run just fine, but that doesn't change the result at all, it's like those terms were not added at all!

Any help?

Murad
