Hi everyone
I would like to simulation the Joule heating of a micro polysilicon beam that has some sudden change in the geometry along the beam, such as a bottle neck, or a hole, ..etc.
The practical observation shows that the "concentration" of high temperature at these regions (at bottle neck, or places where there are sudden changes in geometry)
However, the simulation does not show that. COMSOL does not take into account the geometry effects? Or there is a certain way to get it done?
Could anyone help me please?
Thanks,
Bao Ta
