How to work on interior edges of the mesh

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I have a weak form equation which has boundary integrals in it over interior edges of the mesh. It's something like:
if e is the edge at the intersection of T1 and T2,

\sum_{e in interior edges} \int_e \grad u_{restricted to T1} \dot n_{T1} + \grad u_{restricted to T2} \dot n_{T2}

Any idea on implementing this term?
