Heat transfer of sea water into ice

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I'm currently doing my Master's Dissertation on pumping sea ice into the arctic to add a layer of ice to protect it from further melting during summer season. My task at hand is to find out how long and how far the sea water would travel over arctic conditions if for example I pump around 40,000 litres per hour pump? I seem to can't get my head around it and I was wondering if there are some tutorials similar to it or some tips that might give me an edge to completing my simulation. Thanks very much
