Exporting COMSOL v4.0a data

Hi,

I got DEP torque on a sphere working (I can see the simulations). However, I am not able to export torque data and even if I export it its giving me a huge txt file with numbers everywhere. In COMSOL 3.5 I was getting X,Y,Z and Torque values systematically in a table format.

Please let me know how to export data systematically in COMSOL v.4.0a.

Have you tried selecting Data Format "Spreadsheet" in Output, under Export--> Data Settings?

Thanks, I got the problem sorted out. (exported data into excel sheet)

May I know if anyone have worked on applying imaginary part to the material in electrostatics?

I am able to get the toqrue output with frequnecy/time, however I am not sure if torque is including complex permittivity factor for the materials?!!

Also I would like to do a time harmonic analysis in electrostatics with a sinusoidal voltage, where v=v0*sin(w*t+phase), However, currently I am able to get the simulations running for only time domain and COMSOL converts this into frequency using fourier transform. I do want to apply varying frequency + varying/complex permittivity for materials in electrostatics and get the torque vs frequency simulations. (I also wanna see the particle torque movement>?>????)
