Square wave temperature boundary

Dear sir,

I would like to have a time varying inlet temperature for fluid, flowing in an annular channel. The fluid temperature follows a square wave pattern with maximum temperature at 663.15 K and minimum at 623.15 K. I have created an analytic function for the same but the time dependent solution shows an error on execution (Failed to find consisitent initial values. Last time step is not converged.)

I have attached my comsol file for reference.
