Microfluidics Free molecular flow interface

I am just starting to experiment with using the Free Molecular Flow interface for vacuum system calculations in the new Microfluidics module in Comsol Multiphysics 4.2. You can define a boundary as a pumping surface or as an outgassing surface which is fine. However you don't seem to be able to define a boundary surface to have both pumping and outgassing properties. Does anyone have any ideas how to do this? This would be really useful for some applications such as calculating molecular flow transmission coefficients.
