level set method with deformed mesh ( deformed geometry or moving mesh)

hi,

I know that level set is based on the fixed mesh, is it possible to use this method with deformed mesh options ??

or this method can be used just with fixed mesh ? can I track the interface of two fluids with deformed mesh in V4.1 ?

I am using the level set method with constant mesh everywhere, but i have memory limitation and i want to just have finer mesh near the interface, should i use deformed geometry option ?
