About the COMSOL version of ISFET tutorial

Dear Community,
I am trying to simulate an ISFET and I started from the tutorial. Because I only have the access to the 5.2a of the Chemical Reaction Engineering Module so I use 5.2a COMSOL and semiconductor module. But after all the settings, some errors like undefined values occur. I am wondering if this is because my version is too old. So is it possible to simulate ISFET with 5.2a or not? If so, what changes should I make?
The undefined values are as in the picture, I set it as the tutorial goes but they are either in yellow or undefined.
