What does Coordinate "System from Geometry" mean for a ellipsoid?

Hello everyone, I found several coordinate system variations. One of those is System from Geometry. What does that mean in case of selecting an ellipsoid randomly rotated in the room with this kind of coordinate system? Does that mean, that the vectors of the semiaxis´ of the ellipsoid I selected would be my "new" local coordinate system axis´ for the domain "ellipsoid"? (attached Picture)
