Conversion Of Parametric Surface To Solid

Hi, I try to build geometry in COMSOL via Parametric surface and covert it to solid, the problem is, COMSOL builts it in two forms, in one form i'm able to make a solid object and in another from I can't, looks like it generates the forms randomly... Two examples are attached, has someone encountered the same problem before?
