Hi,
I have a 3D hydrological model in which I would like to assume the open boundary (fixed head boundary) for the lateral surfaces of my model. Therefore, the head for any arbitrary point on lateral surfaces should be equal to the corresponding top Z value of each surface [H(x,y,z)=Z_top(x,y)].
Unfotunately, I don't know how to implement this in COMSOL! I added a "hydraulic head" boundary condition in my "Darcy's Law" interface, and chose all the lateral surfaces, but don't know what should I write for the "H0"!
Attached is my model I would be really appreciated if anyone can help me in this
