Caculate the reflectance and transmittance in a rectangular waveguide

I made a 400nm*400nm rectangular waveguide and put a cylindrical metal tube inside the waveguide. I gave the rectangular port boundary condition on the up and down boundaries of the waveguide and want to get the reflectance and transmittance of the light ( frequency ranges from 400THZ to 900THZ) (please look at the attached file). But I encountered two problems:
1. In setting the port boundary condition, if I give it TE10 mode, I can get some results, but if I give it TM01 mode, it will always be error. I can not figure out the reason.
2. Sometimes I will get the absolute value of the S-parameter, for example abs(emw.S11), bigger than 1, it is non-normalized.
Could anyone can help me to solve these two problems? And tell me how to get the reflectance and transmittance using the values of S-parameter?
