How to pole a PZT material?

Hello

I am working on a piezoelectric material which is poled in direction 2. I dont know how to pole a material in a specific direction. I have been through blogs and tutorials, all I can find is about crystal orientation and cylindrical poling. Can anyone please help me out of this situation.
