S- parameter for slab waveguide

I was using RF modual to simulate the S-parameter for the slab waveguide.
Unfortunately, there is a sharp jump in the figure of the S21.
I believe that this is not a true physicsical result, but I can not figure out why?
Can anyone help me to point out where is wrong for my set up?

Hi

What I notice is that you have a mesh element per result period, this is far too coarse, you should have at least 3 (2nd order shape function, as by default) elements per wavelength IN THE MATERIAL

Try a finer mesh until you resolve the waves correctly, RF demands a very fine mesh and a looong time to wait for the results, hence it really worth to "think your model carefully and design it with symmetries and just the required material
