How to simulation the second-harmonic generation of the plane wave?

Let us consider the simple case of a homogeneous nonlinear material with permittivity er=7,
permeability ur=3, and nonlinear susceptibility xe(2)=10e-12mV. The thickness of the nonlinear thick slab is 8mm.
A plane wave E=E0*coswt was applied to the input port and the amplitude of the electric field was recorded at the input and output ports for a simulated time of 3.2 ns.
To obtain a significant second harmonic generation, the amplitude of the electric field was set to the high
value of E0=10GV/m, The frequency of the applied signal was f=10 GHz, where w=2*pi*f .
the lateral dimensions of the simulated region were 2.5mm*2.5mm. The input and output ports
were separated from the nonlinear slab by 10 mm vacuum padding regions. To simulate an infinite slab in the lateral directions, perfect electric and magnetic boundary conditions were applied on the lateral faces of the simulated region.
