Error : problem setting up multigrid

Hi,
I am using conjugate heat transfer module(laminar)
There are two parts in my geometry
1. heat generating solid
2. air
I want to simulate 3d natural convection of air due to heat generating solid
But i got error message "problem setting up multigrid"
Can you help?

Hi,
Most likely you need to decrease the coarsening factor of the multigrid, it is set to 2 as a standard. You need to lower the value until the coarser mesh does not give you problem.
Be careful BEFORE re-running the multigrid you need o manually delete the temporary meshes Comsol created otherwise it will still give you error.
