Integrate 2D Axisymmetric and 3D Components

I have 2 separate .mph files that I would like to integrate. One is a thermal analysis on a 3d model and the other is a thermal analysis and magnetic fields analysis on a 2d axisymmetric model. What is the best way to integrate these 2 simulations?
