Stationary Study Singular Matrix

Hello,

I am trying to solve a chemical reaction and diffusin problem. I am able to reach a solution for a time dependent study, however, when I try to do a stationary study I end up getting a singular matrix error with a lot of void equations. I know that the singular matrix error is often a result of improper BC but I am not able to figure out what to change in order to prevent the error from occurring. I have attached the model for your convenience. Thank you so much for your help.
