How to plot the conversion of a reaction in time?

Hello! I’m a begginer in using Comsol..and I need your advice..if you can give me. For the reaction (C2H5)2 SO4 +H2SO4 <=> 2C2H5OSO3H, I want to make a plot with the conversion of reaction in time. I sow that, in the reaction rate field I have the concentration of (C2H5)2 SO4, even if I didn’t declare it. I know that this concentration= initial concentration *(1-conversion)
I tried to write the conversion formula =1-( conc/ initial concentration), and it doesn’t work.
I tried to write the conversion formula in the function file, and evidently, doesn’t work. How should I do?

I have all data: rate constant, initial concentration..
P.S I have to learn all by myself this program…and hope that this isn't a too stupid question!:D
