Creating a set of points at once

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I want to create a geometry with number of points in 3-D space. When I try to add point, I get an option to enter x,y,z coordinates but for a single point. How to do it for a large number of points at once?

Regards

Poorvank

Hi,

You can enter arrays of x-, y-, and z-coordinates in a single Point node to create many points at once.

Thanks for the reply Magnus, is there any documentation to explain me the syntax of creating arrays in COMSOL?

Hi,

You can just enter the coordinates as space-separated or comma-separated values (equally many for x, y, and z).
