I want to study a system where salt(NaCl) absorbs moisture and some part of it forms a salt solution. I want to observe the variation of temperature at normal storage condition and how a salt grains behave after getting its surface dissolved and then dried later after one cycle of temeprature variation. I am familiar with heat transfer and fluid flow module but I don't have any idea of which module i should consider when solubility is taken in account. I also want to observe how volume variation and shrinkage effects the mechanical stability of salt stored for a long time subjected to different temperature and moisture conditions. Also it's a hetrogeneous modeling so please suggest something accordingly. Any help is highly appreciated
