Geometry Assembly Problem

I have 3 bodies in my geometry. Body 1 is fixed, another is fluid domain while the 3rd body is connected to the first body via an external force. But, the software is unable to recognise this contact between body 1 and body 3. Hence, as there is an external force acting on body 3, it gains velocity rather than applyning stress on body 1. Kindly help me understand what assembly setting needs to be done. Thank you
