I hope to find here some help since I am a super novel user of COMSOL Multiphysics.I try to modeling a model of capacitive pressure sensor (MEMS sensor COMSOL version 3.3a) to a new COMSOL version 4.2, when I try to solving I get this problem (Feature : stationary solver 1 sol1/s1 ).
Failed to find a solution for the initial parameter.
Segregated group 2
Singular matrix.
There are 2582 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable mod1.T2
at coordinates: (0.00175,0.001), (0.002,0.001), (0.00225,0.001), (0.00185701,0.00095885), (0.0025,0.001), ...
and similarly for the degrees of freedom (empty columns in matrix)
Returned solution is not converged.
Thanck you in advance.
