CFD Module, Heat Transfer fin problem

I watched the heat sink tutorial in YouTube. And I used it as a reference for my Heat Transfer course project.
The problem is a follows
A hot surface at 100°C is to be cooled by attaching 2.6-cm-wide and 2.5-cm long rectangular surface with five rectangular fins 2.2-cm high, 2.5-cm long and 2 mm thick. The aluminum fins have a thermal conductivity of k = 237 W/m •°C. The temperature of the surrounding medium is 30°C.The air velocity of the convective flow is 1 m/s. Determine the rate of heat transfer from the surface plate and from the fins to the air. Describe clearly all your assumptions and justification. Study the same problem changing the fluid from air to water (actually has to be a dielectric fluid, but for the purpose of the analysis, consider just water). Describe the most important parameters used in the simulation. Also perform a grid independent test.
My professor said that I could use CCM+ or Comsol, since I took Comsol seminars last semester, I used Comsol. I made the fins geometry in Solidworks, placed it in a sink, (serves as a tunnel) and using the Heat Sink example, I performed the same procedure for analysis that's in the video. I just added the problem values.
I keep getting errors and in the graphics window, the temperature profile says it's cold where it's supposed to be hot. Plus I never saw the streamlines. Also, out of all the resultant values, how do I know, which is is the rate of heat transfer?
I takes about 2 mins to compute, the PC has an Intel Core i7 and 8 GB of RAM.
