Need help in material activation and deactivation for simulation of SLM process.

Hi, I am not able to use the Material Activation and Deactivation for simulation of the SLM process. I was able to make a moving point heat source in comsol but, in order to do add material layer by layer I have to activate next layer and so on as is done in SLM process. I have not been able to do this so far on my own. Please help me, I will be really grateful.
