how to actimate remeshing function when doing the fluid-structure interaction case? note my structure is a very thin and very flexible one.

I tried to use the grid quality as the criteria for the remeshing function. but it failed, it just stopped and turned out the error windows saying the the original condition fullfil the remeshing criteria. just a few seconds after i click the 'calculate 'button.
did anyone meet the same problem? i need help, thank you all!
