How to retrieve the convergence plots after closing and (re)opening a model file?

Hello dear colleagues,

a small question: I closed (after saving) my simulation, but now I don't see the convergence plots anywhere, how do I get them back? I would like to print them.

Also, sometimes I lose my 'messages' box, how to get it back?

Any ideas here? Thanks!

Ray.

hello

the convergence plots and values are not saved, so I do not believe you can retrieve them once COMSOL is closed.
But you still have the log list in the solver node, so you can cut and pat that into EXCEL and find some data back, needs some sorting though.

If you make a probe, this will be saved (until you do a (clear and/or) update all

Any ideas on the messages box as well?

Kind regards,

Ray

Hi

but you can get definitive answer if you send a mail to "support" COMSOl is the only entity knowing really the internals, I do not believe they expected that these messages would be used, outside of the simulation moment
