Acoustic with fluid flow interaction in a duct system

Hello friends,
I am working on a project for acoustic limitation with fluid flow in a duct system simulation.
Can anyone has previously worked on it.
Actually I have generated my own geometry. Now for aeroacoustics with flow, frequency domain what are the things that have to be taken care and what will be the inlet and outlet condition.
Any one please help me out
I am working on COMSOL4.2a presently.

You describe the inlet and outlet conditions with either a velocity profile or with a certain pressure.
