Brown boundary condition for magnetization dM/dn=0

Hello! For my simulation of magnetization precession in ferrite I need to specify what's known as Brown boundary condition on ferrite boundaries:

I assume it can be done somehow using weak form, or maybe some flux boundaries. However, I don't fully understand the math behind these, and hence don't know how it can be implemented. From the literature it seems that it's so trivial that people don't mention how exactly it is done. So please if anyone could help me here, I would be very grateful.
