Periodic boundary condition

Hi, I am working with a coefficient form pde in a rectangular domain. I want to impose a periodic boundary condition on the two opposite edges of the rectangle. In built it's giving periodic flux boundary condition but I want periodic dirichlet condition. Can anyone tell me how should I do that? I am using comsol 4.4. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
