- You can create a 2D shape in a Workplane and then revolve it by some appropriate number of degrees, around an axis of your choosing.
- You can create an intersection of a sphere and an appropriate shape to yield your wedge. That shape might be a cone or a box or something else, depending on what you want your wedge to look like. If you can provide a drawing (even if done with pencil and paper) of what you are trying to make, it might help others to offer additional suggestions.
