Dynamic Viscosity of solids - Surrounding Material

Hello everyone,
I am trying to simulate joule heating & heat transfer in a MEMS device (materials: polysilicon and silicon nitride). I would also like to add air in the surroundings.
When I run the simulation, it gives an error saying that the dynamic viscosity of the materials in missing - however, I could find no clue about these values for the materials I am using. So what is the way around that?
To add air in the surroundings, I am trying to add laminar flow on the boundaries - is that correct, and how to make it consider air as the material? Otherwise are there any other possible ways of doing that?
Would appreciate your help, Thank you
