Change default result and colorbar map

Hello,

Does anyone know how to change the default result after a successful computation, i.e. for Structural mechanics the default result is the von Mises stress, but i'd much rather prefer one of the displacements (u,v,w).

Also is there a way to change the default color map? I would like to use Wave instead of Rainbow and at the moment i have to manually set that for each new plot.
