prescribed dispacement

Hello, I'm trying to do a simple thing with structural mechanics module, but I don't get convergence. I attached the model. I'd like to apply a prescribed displacement at boundary 2 and check the deformation of the structure when some other are free or fixed. Any advise?

You have taken critical Poissons ration = 0.5, to help solver converge try to take Poissons ratio like 0.499. It will converge. And in geometry you may choose micrones not meters.
