I'm completely new to COMSOL and I need help on How is microwave drilling process to be carried in COMSOL?

It depends on what aspects of the physics you wish to model. If you want to model the microwave-induced heating, consider employing the "Microwave Heating Multiphysics Interface" and perhaps one of the accompanying suggested preset studies, which conveniently combine physics from the Heat Transfer Module and the RF Module.
