Exporting mesh outline

For context, i have plotted a heatmap of the magnetic field of an antenna on the XY plane. I would like to obtain the outline of the antenna mesh to overlap on the heatmap to show the antenna position.

However, i am only able to obtain the coordinates and not the outline as shown in the graphics view.

I would appreciate any help.
