Exporting Node Coordinates, Data, Node_id, and Connectivity from a Target Surface

Hi,
I would like to ask whether it is possible to simultaneously export the node coordinates, associated data, node IDs, and the connectivity information of nodes on a specific surface in COMSOL. Could you please advise if this can be achieved, and if so, how?
I already know COMSOL can output the node coordinates, associated data at the same time.
