Constant voltage at top surface of piezo

I have 2 sensors in my 2D model (attached herewith) of a concrete beam (one surface bonded on the concrete, other embedded inside the concrete).
How to ensure this constant voltage condition at its top surface all along its area.?
I am using pzd.V0_fp1 expression to find the voltage as, suggested by COMSOL Support. Now, when I am trying to compare the voltage across two PZT (surface bonded and embedded sensor) then I am getting same voltage across both the sensors.
Please correct me, where I am going wrong.
File attached.
Thank you.
Regards,
Naveet.
